App privacy policy

2. Our principles

• Our apps do not require an account with ALABIR.
• Unless the app-specific section below says otherwise, our apps do not send personal data to ALABIR or to third parties. Data is processed locally on your device.
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

3. Downloads and purchases through the Microsoft Store

When you download or buy an app, Microsoft processes your data as an independent controller (account, payment, licence). Microsoft's privacy statement applies:privacy.microsoft.com. Microsoft gives us aggregated statistics (for example, number of installs) and, if you have allowed this in Windows, crash reports that do not identify you directly. We use them only to fix errors and improve our apps (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Device permissions

Some apps need access to device features such as the camera, microphone or local network. Windows asks for your permission first. You can withdraw it at any time underSettings → Privacy & security. What each app does with these permissions is described in its section below.

If you contact our support, we process your message to answer it. Details are in ourwebsite privacy policy (section 5).

6. App-specific information

Details for each app will be listed here when the app is published.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); ours is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
